Kommos beach
Kommos is located in the region of Pitsidia village, 66 km southwest of Heraklion and only 2 km north of the popular Matala. It is the southernmost part of the long, continuous beach of the Gulf of Messara. Kommos is also widely considered to be the best nudist beach on Crete; Forbes magazine has described it as the best beach in the world!
