Comfort & luxury with view of the endless blue

In the area of Pitsidia, in the south of Crete, we have created three independent and exceptional villas. Unique in their kind, they were built according to Cycladic architecture associated with style, comfort and elegance, respecting the natural environment.

We have added a personal touch to both the well-designed and modern interiors and the comfortable outdoor areas. We want our guests to be satisfied with their stay and enjoy the luxury that the villas offer as well as the magnificent view of Kommos beach. All villas are ideal accommodation for groups of friends and families of 2 to 6 people with facilities and amenities that will satisfy even the most demanding guests.

We wish you a wonderful stay on our island and guarantee you the best Cretan hospitality in one of the most beautiful places in Greece, Crete.

Best regards,

Nektarios and Tonia Maragkaki.

The village of Pitsidia, is located approximately 70 km south of the city of Heraklion at an altitude of 80 m and at a distance of only 1 km from the beach of Kommos. It has about 700 inhabitants and belongs to the same community as Matala.

The climate of the region is one of the best in Europe.

Pitsidia has a tradition of hospitality, as it was the first village in the area where tourism developed, making it one of the most popular destinations, mainly for families.

The clean and neat accommodations as well as the family taverns that operate in Pitsidia keep the quality of the visitor at a high level.

After all, it is no coincidence that many visiting families have now reached the third generation of visitors and many have bought plots and have their own house in Pitsidia!

All this and in combination with the fact that the access to other locations and for other activities is very easy have highlighted it as the best holiday choice for foreigners and for Greeks.
